Having previously been part of an LWL fellowship, you're already a valued member of our community. The Student Leadership Program invites a select group of alumni to take the next step: a four-week experience designed for students who want to take initiative, explore their interests, and create something meaningful in their school, their community, or online.

Online Masterclass Leadership Track: lead an upcoming LWL online masterclass. Identify your student network, share the masterclass through your own channels using a personal tracking link, help build participation, and take an active role during the session by moderating questions and collecting feedback.

Who Should Apply
No prior leadership experience is required.
- Completed any LWL program or fellowship, anywhere in the world.
- Curious, reliable, and ready to take ownership.
- Can commit 4–6 hours a week for four weeks.
- Wants real experience, recognition, and a head start, not just a certificate.
